I recently staged a vacant home for Veronica Ellias of Dilbeck Real Estate, Westlake Village. This Oak Park townhome sold in a mere 24 hours for full asking price!
I began the project by choosing paint colors for the interior, as well as putting some finishing touches on the cabinetry throughout.
STAGING WITH COLOR: Want to know the colors I chose? Dunn-Edwards Dry Creek (DE6122) for most of the walls. One accent wall for the master bedroom in Trail Dust (DE6123). Yummy!
Next came the staging. I added furniture, art, accessories, lighting, and plants to the living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, master suite, and patio.
