Vacant or Occupied Verbal Walk-Thru Evaluation
We provide a detailed verbal analysis of the property–front to back–to the realtor and seller.
Evaluation with Comprehensive Written Analysis
After the walk-through of the property, we provide a detailed report of our suggestions covering paint colors, space planning, repair estimations, flooring issues,clutter control, exterior needs, as well as a list of resources. Copies are sent to both the realtor and the seller.
Full Service Staging
This plan is designed for motivated sellers desiring a quick sale. We implement the plan set forth in the verbal evaluation or written report. Special attention is given to the top impact rooms: entryway, living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, and master suite.

For occupied homes we begin the process by using your existing furnishings, but may also provide our own staging pieces to add in additional drama. For properties that are vacant, furnishing a home provides prospective buyers with a vision of what the home could look like. Price tailored to each specific property.
