This home is located in the trendy Toluca Lake neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants, nightlife and the arts district. One look at the charming 1924 bungalo style home and you can’t help but fall in love. The interior has been completely renovated to reflect what buyers would expect in a modern, 2018 home. At just under 900 sqft., with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, this home has “cozy” written all over it. The light wall colors, dark floors and plenty of natural light help keep this home feeling open and welcoming. From a design standpoint, we incorporated cool and trendy furnishings, art and accessories in varying shades of gray, white and blue. Although the size of the home presented some challenges with the corresponding size of furniture selected, we loved every minute of this project. Each home we stage becomes part of the VCHS family, and we were thrilled to work our magic and transform this space into a loving home.
